Provided the conditions of our return policy are met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.
You may return a dress purchased online by posting it back to us. Please contact Customer Service to obtain the correct return address.
Please note:
The cost of delivery will be excluded from any refund unless the goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (for example, they are faulty or not as ordered).
Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (or dispatch date, as applicable), and must be returned in the original condition as purchased, with all labels and tickets still attached.
For dresses that were produced on a pre-order or custom-made basis, we reserve the right to treat the item as non-returnable or subject to a reimbursement charge, unless there is a manufacturing fault or an error on our part.
The refund amount will exclude any shipping or handling costs originally incurred, unless the return is due to a fault or error by us.
If the item shows signs of wear, alteration or use beyond reasonable fitting, or missing original tags/labels, it will not qualify for a refund under this policy.
